With this melomel we want to combine Polish fruits with honey and coffee. Base mead was made with aronia (chokeberry) juice and rosehips with buckwheat and wildflower honey and then aged on the mix of light to medium roasted coffee beans sourced from Kenya, Sumatra and Brazil.
