Vintage 2020.
This is a blend of our barrel-aged tripel with super sweet, late harvest Roussanne grapes, which was then reracked into bourbon barrels. The result is a completely still, highly viscous sweet ale with hints of creme brulee, honeysuckle, mandarin orange, and honeyed apricot.
