Stout – Imperial / Double
For the 2025 release we blended five oak barrels: three barrels of stout aged in Savage and Cooke Bourbon barrels for 36 months; one barrel of munichwine aged 28 months in a Buzzard’s Roost Bourbon barrel; and lastly one barrel of barleywine brewed exclusively with Maris Otter that rested for 20 months in a Weller Wheated Bourbon barrel. We then conditioned the blend on over 200 lbs of organic toasted coconut
