From time to time we take big risks and move away from the comfort zone of nuts-vanilla-sweet spices to try some nonsense. In this case, the motivation came from culinary experiences where the rosemary, the cocoa, and the salt are long-time friends, so why not to try them in beer, maybe alongside with some smoke? The base itself is a blend of scotch and bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout that brings chocolate, vanilla, and strong oak notes to the party.
